High Holy Day Leviticus 16

Jesus is the lamb that takes away the sins of the world. He is the sacrificial offering for the sins of the world. He is the scapegoat that bears our sin away.  He is the Passover lamb that celebrates our being chosen as God's people, the lamb by whose blood we avoid death and live instead.
